A group of women

Writing Naked takes place among a group of women in a safe, vibrant, and supportive environment. The powerful communion of the group dynamic deepens our level of trust. In the group, we are one another's mirrors and teachers. We learn that we have a meaningful contribution to make. We find out how marvelous, whole, spirited, and gracious we truly are.

It was wonderful to write and share my feelings. There were many new experiences for me such as meeting the eyes of others after reading. It was   wonderful to springboard from the others' words. My next writing would be influenced by what they had shared. I can see that feeling safe is conducive to writing and especially to reading aloud. Being in the company of writers is like fertilizer.  -K.F.

Being heard

The writing/reading process is the tool for making these discoveries. We begin to experience self-acceptance as writing, speaking, and being heard opens us up to our Truth. We begin to embrace our life experience in a new, wholesome, and authentic way.

Letting the truth out

Writing Naked is about trust and openness; honoring ourselves and others on the highest level possible; trusting that what we say is valuable and worthy; and allowing the deepest, naked part of ourselves to find its way to the surface, through the tips of our pens and onto the page.

I feel I was encouraged to make some good decisions in my personal life in part from the women here. I truly enjoy learning from you and enjoy coming to your home. It's so much a part of you and so peaceful and relaxing. You are a very special and gifted woman and I am so glad I was able to get started writing with you.  -L.S.
